Ok this place is lucky that the food is delicious because man their service is terrible. It was entirely chaotic with servers taking on multiple roles without any semblance of knowing what to do. One minute a woman is serving me one of the dishes I ordered, the next im requesting dessert from her at the gelato counter. I mean this is anything but a tightly run ship. I also find the ordering part strange. You can grab a table but then you go into the restaurant to place your order at any number of counters...drinks, dessert, food. Your drink is given to you at the counter but you get a gps buzzer for the waiters to bring your food. Why not just have regular waiter service?
I ordered the roast pumpkin which was super delicious. I also had the burrata because I can never resist that refreshing cheese and it was served with luscious summer strawberries, beats, and pistachios. And finally I had the side of Brussels sprouts, another thing I can never say no to. They were all wonderful, which has to be this place's saving grace.
There was an instagram promotion for free dessert with purchase of a main course. I initially asked the woman when I was buying drinks what I need to show to prove I had bought a main and she said just to show the instagram post. I ran out of patience trying to explain my question. And honestly the dessert waitress didn't even bother to check if I had purchased a main, so there ya go. But she was clearly frazzled because when she was filling my cannoli she put in the wrong filling (still delicious). I have to think that it's because she's probably thinking about the 500 other jobs she has to do that night! The parents in front of me also bought a dessert for their birthday kid and it languished on the counter with an unlit sparkler as all of the people she asked to deliver it to the table nodded in agreement and then simply walked away forgetting about their duty.
I really hope management can create some order here because it really could be Sydney's answer to Eataly but they have a long way to go! -

Poor service, completely disorganised, food was okay. If you have a chance to go to another Fratelli venue like Alexandria do it. This one is pretty average overall.
